President: Jack Legg

Jack Legg currently serves as the President of Equality Springfield and has been a member of the organization since 2015. He has served on the City of Springfield Human Relations Board since January 2017. Jack serves as a Prevention Specialist at a local mental health agency, working with children and families in their homes, and training classroom teachers in trauma-informed practices to promote positive, prosocial behaviors. 

Vice President: Bradley Minerd

Bradley is currently serving his second term as Vice President of Equality Springfield and is a lifelong resident of Springfield, Ohio. Brad is passionate about his community and serves on several community boards. Brad is currently employed as a Corrections Officer with the Clark County Sheriffs' offices. Brad is a tireless defender of equality and looks forward to continuing the fight alongside the members of Equality Springfield.

Secretary: Rick Incorvati

Rick Incorvati currently serves as Equality Springfield’s secretary and has been a member since the organization’s beginnings in 2010. He has served on the board of Equality Ohio and in 2011 was the recipient of Progress Ohio’s Progressive Hero Award for his LGBTQ and environmental activism. Rick teaches English literature and writing at Wittenberg University, and he serves as a deacon at Christ Episcopal Church where he has been active in the Becoming Beloved Community effort to address racial division.

Treasurer: Kent Brooks

Kent Brooks, A North Carolina native, is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he studied music composition and music theory. Here in Springfield, Ohio, Kent is the director of music and worship for High Street United Methodist Church. At Wittenberg University, he conducts The IMANI Gospel Choir and teaches voice.  He is a member of The Springfield Symphony Orchestra's Board of Directors and The Springfield Symphony Chorale.  Kent is also a musical theater director for The Springfield Arts Council and Springfield Youth Ambassadors. He is a founding member of Equality Springfield, has served as secretary, and presently serves as treasurer.
